In plain English
- Email privacy@junoai.app and we will get back to you.
- You can stop the daily calls, cancel billing, revoke AI sharing, or delete your account from Settings — no ticket required.

How to reach us
Email privacy@junoai.app. That is the same address on our Privacy Policy and Terms. Include the email on your Juno account so we can find you.
Stop the daily calls
Any of these stops the calls:
- Remove your phone number in Settings.
- Turn off the days you do not want to be called (Settings → Call days).
- Delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
Cancel a subscription
- iOS. Open the iPhone Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, then cancel Juno.
- Web / Stripe. Open the customer portal from the Plan page on the website.
AI and your data
To stop sharing briefing inputs with AI providers, turn off Settings → Share data with AI providers. Juno cannot write new briefings until you allow sharing again.
Full detail is on the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and AI Disclosures pages.
Delete your account
In the Juno app, go to Settings → Delete account. That removes the data we hold about you. Cancel an active subscription first if the app asks you to.
